Dutch act Izegrim has checked in with the following announcement about gearing up to record a new album and follow-up to the "Code of Consequences" release:
"New Izegrim record coming up! Our alliance with Listenable Records proved to be so fruitful that we will release a second album on this excellent label.
"As we are firm believers in 'never break a winning team' we will record the new CD at the Soundlodge Studio Germany. Recordings will start late April, release date has been set for September 2013." More...
Dutch death/thrash metal soldiers Izegrim recently returned home from a European trek with Onslaught and Cripper. Instead of the traditional tour report, the band has posted a video diary featuring on and offstage footage from the tour set to the tune of "My Secret Society," off the band's 2011 Listenable Records release, "Code of Consequences."
U.S. death metal bulldozer Immolation (which is currently hard at work on the band's next album for Nuclear Blast) will play Hell Inside Festival on October 6th, 2012 in Würzburg, Germany. Tickets are available for pre-sale over at this location. The lineup is:

U.K. thrash legends Onslaught will play the band's 1986 sophomore classic "The Force" in full on its upcoming fall European Tour. Support will come from Dutch thrashers Izegrim and German thrashers Cripper.

Dutch female-fronted act Izegrim has posted a music video online for the song "Victim of Honor," which can be viewed below. The band commented on the clip:
"Here it is, the premiere of the official videoclip for the song 'Victim of honor'. To bridge the gap between 'Code of Consequences' and our new album, we've decided to capture some new propaganda.
"During the writing process for our new record, we've found time to shoot this video, featuring dutch Playmate Tanja and alcoholic scumbag Maarten. Production and edit-wizardry was, again, done by Arno Zuidgeest. Enjoy and feel free to share this video on your Facebook profile. Cheers!" More...
Izegrim has posted footage online from the band's time at the Zwarte Cross festival, which can be viewed below. The band also commented:
"With 152,500 attendees 'Zwarte Cross' is the biggest motorcross/music event in Europe (Annihilator, Anthrax, Sepultura, Death Angel and many others performed at the 2011 edition). Here's some footage we shot during our gig there. Enjoy and feel free to share this link."
Izegrim released the band's latest album "Code Of Consequences" on February 24th, 2011 through Listenable Records. The band has now posted footage online of the CD release party at DRU Fabriek Ulft, which can be viewed below.

In anticipation of the release, the band has now posted a new song online from the album. The new track "Victim of Honor" is available for streaming through the Izegrim MySpace page.

"Now online: video footage of the pre-production recordings for 'Code of Consequences.' Including a little pre-taster at the end of the video. Actual recordings start 7 August at the Soundlodge, Germany (God Dethroned, Dew-Scented). Release date for 'Code of Consequences' has been set for November 2010."

"We are proud to announce that we will be working together with Jörg Uken from the Soundlodge Studio in Germany to record and mix our upcoming full-length. Izegrim will enter the studio on 7 August, where we will be recording our new propaganda for several weeks. Jörg Uken worked together with God Dethroned ('Toxic Touch' and 'Passiondale') and Dew-Scented ('Incinerate'), just to name a few. Planned release date has been set for early December 2010."

"Due to circumstances that are (unfortunately) way beyond our control, the show in Niederkrüchten (4 juli) with Elite has been canceled by the organization."

Holland thrash act Izegrim are currently offering their entire album "Point Of No Return" for free download until March 28th. The album can be downloaded here.

Rusty Cage recording artists Izegrim has announced a replacement for thier now departed drummer. Due to a loss of interest in metal and a subsequent lack of motivation, drummer Joep van Leeuwen decided to leave Izegrim. He has been replaced by Ivo Maarhuis. Ivo will make his first appearance with Izegrim at Dokkem Open Air.
