Korn will be releasing the band's new album - and 11th studio release overall - titled "The Paradigm Shift" this coming October 1st, 2013.
"The Paradigm Shift" features the return of former member Brian "Head" Welch, who previously left the band to pursue a career in Christian books and music.
New album "The Paradigm Shift" follows the band's 2011 full-length "The Path of Totality." For more info on the coming album, you can also read the band's recent interview with Rollingstone.com about the writing process right here.

When I first started highschool (their first two albums) these guys were in their prime. But the peak of their fame (3rd album) saw their decline in substance as well.
My tastes were taking me away from Korn by '98 anyway but from '05 to present they've really been scraping the bottom...
Since Welch is back I'll check out the samples on iTunes for old time's sake. I'd like to see them make decent music but after dubstep it's hard to image them escaping the abyss.

As a diehard fan this album title is my 2nd least favorite of all of them ( 1st life is peachy), lyrically from the beginning the well has yet to run dry, they have always been consistent outside the evoloutin record, sound wise they tried some stuff, dipped a bit from untouchables but parh of totality was such an odd mix and orchastration for this band it eventually worked for them.
Now with brian back i expect the band to really kick it in, the peak of the band for me was issues, the bottom was evolution.
Expect a really good effort here.

I own all their studio albums and I'm really looking forward to this. 'Path' was good but burned very quickly(I can't even listen to it anymore)..Korn III had a couple good tracks(really just the 1st half of album) on it. I loved 'Untitled'..'SYOTOS' was ok.Really a mixed bag& the best they could do@the time(Davids drumming was boring though).I loved 'Mirror','Issues','Peachy'&'ST'....'Leader'&'Untouchables' were mixed bags for me. Welcome back HEAD!

@Mr Singh - You're that Riotact666 idiot that posts on blabbermouth all the time with the same comment over and over again for all the bands you "don't like". Are you like 12 years old or something. I hope blabbermouth eventually bans you cause you're nothing but a troll with no life!

I wish they'd stop crapping out so many damn albums.
