Riot To Continue On, Fifteen New Songs Written In "Thundersteel/Immortal Soul" Style
According to "The Mark Reale Tribute Page," bassist Don Van Stavern, guitarist Mike Flyntz and drummer Bobby Jarzombek have written new songs for Riot in the style of "Thundersteel" and "Immortal Soul" and are planning big news for the band.
In a post on Facebook: "DVS and Mike have written over 15 new songs in the Thundersteel/ Immortal Soul tradition! Riot is on the move! Great news coming soon...............Shine On, Riot!"
Founder Mark Reale passed away at the end of January due to complications from Crohn's disease. This is the first word that the band will continue on.

Great news not only for us metal heads for over 30 years of riot, but in marks memory, I hope you can kick some a$$ like fire down under which I cnsider the ultimate metal album, I have turned so many metal heads to that album it's crazy keep up the Greta metal work

I know Reale was the heart of the band, but I'm super happy with this news. Assuming Tony Moore is still on vocals that is and I don't see why he wouldn't be.
