IWrestledABearOnce Posts New Song "Karate Nipples" Online

After posting a tongue-in-cheek message proclaiming a shift in style to black metal, IWrestledABearOnce has now posted a new song online titled "Karate Nipples."

You can check out "Karate Nipples," which is off the "Ruining it for Everybody" album, by heading over to Metalsucks.net at this location.

The new CD, due out July 26th via Century Media Records, was produced by the band and Ryan Boesch, who also produced and engineered IWABO's "It's All Happening."

The band will also be appearing on the upcoming All Star tour, with dates and further details available by heading over here.

When switching to Black Metal your titles should have either Nipples or Karate in them. WTF!

Clearly explained on the website that the bm "switch" was just a stupid marketing campaign.

Music is still bad.

I'm laughing cuz it was all just a merry prank to get people a) to look at them and b) all riled up over something as silly as a genre classification. If you're going to take something like this THAT seriously, you really need to take a step back and breathe a bit.

They're not my cup of tea, but props to them for not taking themselves too seriously and actually having fun. sh**, I'd do the singer not because she's got average looks, but because she seems to know how to have a good time.

TAG: i just recently (last week, before this whole "switch" prank) sorta got into them, but i only have that "it's all happening" album. is that all i need? lol i'm enjoying it. it's a crazy, fun record, and i love the mathcore parts. even the random funky jazz sections are good.

NTH: "It's All Happening" is a great record. If you can find the debut EP pick that up too. Its worth the $7 and its a little more grindy and less progressive than the full length but its still good. The damn thing has been disappearing fast, took me several months of jumping around record shops to find one.
