High on Fire has issued the following announcement about upcoming tour dates with The Melvins in New Zealand and Japan:

"High On Fire is excited to announce they will be touring New Zealand and Japan with The Melvins surrounding the Soundwave Festival in 2011! Check out all the dates below and stay tuned for more info."

I want to see the Melvins again. I am not a fan (i do not know one song) but have heard their songs before. I was amazed of their live show when they opened for DOWN back in '09. I would pay money to see them again!

This is gonna be badass - Dunedin is my home town. I've seen the best gigs in my life at ReFuel, tis a great place. This will be second time seeing Melvins but also amped for High On Fire.

I've seen HOF a couple times and they are always great live. I've missed many chances to see The Melvins live (as I live in the Seattle area), and I wish this tour would come to the US!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
