I used to play in a Death Metal band. People either loved us or they hated us... or they just thought we were "okay." -Mitch Hedberg
I think Soulfly is ok. Some songs do kinda sound the same and are very repetetive, but just the same there are some really good song too. "3" is probably my favorite album, haven't heard much from "Dark Ages", but "Primative" was pretty sh**ty.

Hey Brian - that is odd for you to say that, considering 3 has been the most heavily criticized album for Soulfly. I love the self-titled, Back to the Primitive, Prophecy, Dark Ages, and now the new album.....3 was good too. I don't disagree with you, 3 had some nice songs too. SO I guess I am a fan of most of their work. Soulfly's self-titled album was heavy as FUK - after that soulfly went for more progression, but they are still a pretty heavy band. Long Live Soulfly and the Soulfly tribe.
