Mother's Day was awesome on my part. I ran out to get some Taco Bell (not bc of munchies, I was just hungry lol), acting like that I was p***ed off at my Mum for something she did. (she thought nobody cared that it was mother's day, so she was "upset" to say the least.) I came back not only with Taco Bell, but also A ridiculously Giant Mother's day ballon and a Teddy Bear bigger than I was! (I'm 6'1, so no easy feat) Dad got her Jewelry though. Even tho his gift was more expensive(damn him and his disposable income!) I think "I" won this holiday. Let's see him try and upstage me on Father's Day!

my mothers day was pretty good. im happy to say the fried chicken came out very well. the chicken was tender and juicier than most of the ckicken ive ever had, the crust couldve had more flavor though, but im not complaining, everyone liked it!!

Answer - go to ESP's website espguitars.com and they should have some base models in your price range that are really cool. My next dream would be a custom M. M-50, or M-100 are nice, but you can't get them at the Guitar Ctr, they are available other places. Fernandes also have some cooler metal guitars.

Avenged Sevenfold have a deal with Schecter for their guitars.

cruor... guitar advice.?? there are alot of decent guitar deals out there... first off, in that price range you must first figure out if you want to buy new or used..? Most new guitars in that price range are made at the same factories in Korea,Indonesia, China etc... and those same factories make all the guitars for most major brands... for example: the Samick corp. which is the worlds largest guitar manufacturer, owns several factories in different countries... They make all the Epiphone, BC Rich, ESP/LTD, Washburn, Dean etc..... yeah, all made in the same factories..!! So, the quality and performance really doesnt vary alot between brands...
Unless you actually buy American made Gibsons, Deans,Washburns etc.... Or an actual Japanese made ESP.. but then, the only way your getting an actual american made axe from these companies is to pay an arm and a leg at Guitar Center or some other store.... unless you find a hell of a deal at a pawn shop or garage sale etc...!!
Another thing to think about is... if you want something with a tremelo or fixed bridge...( for someone just starting out... Floyd Rose bridges are a b^tch to get the hang of adjusting and stringing..)
Yes, looks are important...but so is comfort.!! Depending on your size...something like a Les Paul body style or Explorers are generally made of mahogany..and thats a heavy hunk of wood to be slung over your shoulders for extended periods of time.... ( look at the way Jimmy Page looks after playing a Les Paul for 30 years..)
Something made of Alder or Basswood is alot lighter and easier on the back... which are most Fenders, Jacksons, Charvels (all owned by Fender ) and Ibanez...
Although if you get too cheap... such as the BC Rich Platinum or Bronze series... some cheaper Ibanez and alot of the ESP/LTDs...these are made of either plywood or what is called Agathis which amounts to particle board..!!
Personally, Ive found some smokin deals on Ebay... whether you spend 300 -350 on a new guitar thats made overseas....or you find something thats American made but has some bumps and bruises... in the long run, with an American made guitar... most often, depending on the deal, youd be able to get your money back out of if necessary..?
But hey, you dont have to listen to me either... Ive only been playing since the 70s and have actually owned dozens of guitars..given lessons off and on since the 80s... do all my own custom work (pickups changes, neck and bridge adjusting etc )... and as of lately... Ive actually sold a couple of my own customized axes..!!
OK, all done now.... email me if ya want... I can probably steer you onto some decent deals Im aware of.... Hell, I might just have something for ya, out my own collection..??

Terminater- ah, the transparent finishes are the best... the look of Flamed Maple or Quilted Maple is just amazing..!! Im thinkin your Jackson RR has a Flamed Maple top..( kinda looks like tiger stripes..?) cool choice... much better than the plain painted finishes..!!

Great example is that when my gma was in the hostpital for cervical cancer everyone met at the hostpital while she was in surgery. One of the hostpitals employees said that she had never seen so many family members in the waiting room. I was paceing back and forth like a nut case! Hahahaha! She came out ok and now the poor woman is planing her husbands wake. I know I want a wake too. I want plenty of good metal played and the alky flowing!

cruor, i agree, conservative christians are probably the most frustrating and annoying people on this planet. all they do is condemn people for almost every single thing(most of which arent even against christianity), which is absolutely ridiculous, not realizing how much hypocricy there is in what they do. but i can understand drug laws, drugs inhibit your mental capacity which i guess is potentially dangerous??

Maybe so but it isn't hurting anyone else but the user, if the user wants to harm himself in anyway that pleases them than so be it just don't drag anyone else down with you. Besides the government is basically telling us what is right and what is wrong when they ban drugs when it is not up to them to decide what is morally right and wrong when it comes to our personal lives. Murder, rape, and assault are different things when they tell us that they are wrong because they take innocent people down including the person but drugs harm one person. Actually, I never really stopped drinkin ( Ive drank 4-5 times in the last 12 years...)
and finanacially, it was the best decision I ever made.... instead of spending $50 a night buying drinks for me and someone else.. that same $50 buys a sack that lasts for 2 weeks..!!

yeah, as for the drug tests... there are ALOT of misconseptions and myths out there... everyone knows some trick or an example of what "their buddy" did etc.... hell, I know a guy that carries his own sons piss in a container and dumps that in the cup...
But what it all boils down to is.... THC and fat cells... burn fat and it cleans you out.. Its the same principle with the amount of time that THC stays in your body... an overweight smoker that does nothing but lay around and get stoned everyday, will have THC in his or her system for as long as a month... while the skinny little person thats always on the go, can clean out in a matter of days..!!

Plus, a storm just went by this weekend, with winds so strong it was LITERALLY raining horizontally. f***in awesome.

And ya, the whole asian-not-handle-alcohol-so-good thing stems from the fact that you guys are usually pretty tiny, so the body gets k'od real quick. lol With enough drinking though, the liver eventually gets stronger. I have this tiny jewish friend who weighs like 102 lbs, and could get drunk off of 3 smirnoff bottles. Now, he drinks the hard stuff with the rest of us, still gets wasted quick, just not that quick! At least youre off to a good head start there. I don't feel anything anymore until the 8th beer, which can get expensive!

Did you open the case Liquid? Cause you can just use a heat gun and re-solder the loose joints with a stronger material. From playing it too much you overheat there cheap sh**ty solder which in turn releases parts of the GPU bending it.

Or you could always use the towel trick, of course, that usually only temporary.

F*CK those douches, i even talkied to the supervisor in charge of those mindless pawns over the phone, and i got the same d*mn answer. and i also had problems with the dvd drive, but that wasnt the main problem.

in conclusion, 3 things wrong with microsoft

1) manufacturing defects
2) sh*tty communication for new info and lack of responsibility for it
3) theyre all greedy business men that dont care for the customer.
