Hatebreed's Jamey Jasta sent in the following missive...

"Happy New Year everyone! Thanks for a great year. 2007 is looking to be an amazing one for us as well. We are ready to start announcing our world tour plans this month.

"As most of you know we are going to Australia in February and March and after that the rest of the world will follow. We have plans to finally return to Ireland, the smaller cities in the U.K., Greece, Spain, Portugal and many more places we have not been to in a long time as well as places we have never been before like Alaska, Iceland, South Africa, Isreal and other countries.

"Thanks for your continued belief in what we do! You are the most dedicated, supportive and amazing fans a band could possibly have! You are as diehard as they come!!!"

Little too simple and alot of the lyrics suck imho, though I like the song Perserverance, the overlapping vocals are pretty cool on the chorus.

I have seen these guys two times and each time they have bored the hell out of me. They just don't have the talent on singing/lyrics or musicly. I don't understand the big hype about them considering when I saw them live and every single song sounded the same, and I know a lot of people say that about band they don't liek but seriosuly every song really sounded the same. One thing is for sure these guys never stop touring so I give them credit for that.

I think they are a decent band. I've seen them live a few times, thought they were pretty good, and they are def. better than most of the metal-core bands out there. The year they co-headlined the 2nd stage at Ozzfest with Down was one of the best perfomances I've seen at an Ozzfest. A lot of their songs do sound similar. That's their sound though, Most Slayer songs sound the same, so do Nile, Pro-Pain, 40 Below Summer, etc...doesn't really matter the genre.
I haven't heard the latest album from HB, but the couple songs I did hear aren't that great.

"Most Slayer songs sound the same, so do Nile..." Hah, maybe to the uninitiated. Hatebreed's one big cheesy breakdown to me.
