Metallica Named Most-Streamed Metal Band On Spotify

It probably shouldn't come as much of a surprise, but Metallica is now officially Spotify's most-streamed metal band of all time, with fans repotedly streaming 11,892 years’ worth of tracks so far.

New album "Hardwired... To Self Destruct" probably helped a bit, with it debuting at #1 around the world and all, but those songs actually don't take the crown, as it would appear "Enter Sandman" is actually the most-streamed track.

This news comes on the heels of Metallica releasing one song for every single track on "Hardwired... To Self Destruct," as well as coming in second place in our reader poll for best metal album of 2016.
