Inferis Parts Ways With Vocalist
Chilean metal band Inferis has announced that vocalist Oliver Garcia has left the band and that it is looking for a replacement. The band commented:
"After 6 years with the band, we are announcing that Oliver Garcia has left the band. The whole process has been friendly and we wish him nothing but the best on his future endeavors and his band Vellatore. We take the chance to thank him for all the good years and the great work that he did with Inferis".
The band is currently working on 10 new tracks for its upcoming album, while they seek a replacement. The EP "Lead the Chain," released in 2012 via Digmetalworld Records, contains two new tracks and two live tracks and was recorded and mixed by Ricardo Martinez in Viña del Mar, Chile. Song Titles Revealed For "Stronger Than Hate"
Metal music distributor/label Digmetalworld has announced the full tracklist for its 4th compilation album, "Stronger than Hate - Volume 4," containing 15 bands from last year's edition plus five bonus songs, live and single tracks. The album is going to be available for free to download on Mon Dec 17th via Digmetalworld.
Commented its C.E.O/founder Ignacio Orellana: "We have been working since 2007 from our New York base, bringing the best bands from Chile, Brazil and Sweden to the rest of the world. This album is in fact stronger than the earlier releases because it brings a wider variety of metal styles."

Digmetalworld Releasing Fourth Compilation
Digmetalworld Records has announced that its fourth compilation album containing 15 bands will be available for free download on December 17th via its website. The new compilation will be named "Stronger Than Hate", and represents four years of steady work with South American and European Metal Bands in the US.
The album follows "Vol.3 - The Hell Road" released in 2011. This year the list of bands hails from Chile, Brazil, USA and Sweden. The bonus tracks of this album will include live performances of Nuclear and Vastator. The complete list of tracks including the bonus tracks will be announced in a few weeks.

Inferis Posts Additional Live Footage
Chilean power metal band Inferis posted additional live bootleg footage from the band's recent show with Italy's Rhapsody of Fire at Teatro Caupolican in Santiago, Chile on June 26, 2012. In the footage, the band performs the track "When Men Collide" from the 2010 album "When Men Collide: Encounter of the Races" (released on Hitman Records).
The band previously posted live footage of the title track of the latest EP "Lead the Chain," which can be viewed at this location.

Inferis Posts New Music Video
Chilean power metal band Inferis posted a new music video for the title track from the band's new EP "Lead the Chain." The EP will be available via Digmetalworld Records for free download on June 18, 2012, as well as physical release through Japan's Hitman Records. The video was directed and edited by: Waldo Madriaga.

Inferis Releasing New EP And Video
Chilean power metal band Inferis has been confirmed to support Rhapsody Of Fire this coming June 26th at Teatro Caupolicán in Santiago, Chile. The band will perform its new EP "Lead The Chain," which will be available via Digmetalworld Records for free download on June 18th. Before the release of the EP, Inferis will launch a music video for the title track "Lead the Chain" on June 11th via its website. Watch the promo video of "Lead The Chain," where you can see Oliver Garcia recording the vocal track for it, after the jump. The tracklisting of the EP "Lead The Chain" is as follows:

Inferis Reissues Debut Album
Chilean heavy metal band Inferis has signed a distribution deal with Digmetalworld Records for the reissue of its 2010 debut album "When Men Collide: Encounter Of The Races", previously only available on HitMan Records in Japan. The full-length album contains a selection of raw and powerful metal songs that tell an epic story based on the roots of Chilean culture and its historic "Arauco's War" (1536 A.D. - 1888 A.D.).
The album was recorded, mixed and mastered at Black Sun Studios by Elias Martinez in Viña Del Mar, Chile. The band has also released music videos for the songs "Burning" and "Think About it," supporting the album. Stream the release in its entirety over at Digmetalworld. Currently the band is working on new material that is expected to be out by June/July. More information will be released in the next few weeks.
