Following Burial Vault's previous albums “Ekpyrosis (Periodic Destruction)” (2012) and “Incendium” (2013) released via Apostasy Records, the label is proud to announce upcoming new album "Unity In Pluralism." Apostasy also comments:
"The band's hybrid of death metal, melody and atmosphere is brought to a new level on this newest outcome which will be released on the 1st of June 2015 in the UK and the rest of Europe and the 7th of July 2015 in North America.
"The artwork was done by Costin Chioreanu (Arch Enemy, At The Gates) and picks up the title-aspect 'Unity In Pluralism.' Northern German melodic death metal band Burial Vault has just released the official video for the song "Awareness." The song is taken from its most recent offering, "Incendium," a Ray Bradbury-inspired concept album which was released last year on Apostasy Records. The video combines a live-performance by the band with scenes that directly refer to the lyrics. Check out the video below.
One year after the release of their highly regarded debut, North German melodic death metallers Burial Vault have released their sophomore effort, "Indendium," through Apostasy Records. The follow up to last year's critically-acclaimed "Ekpyrosis (Periodic Destruction)", "Incendium" is a conceptual piece inspired by Ray Bradbury's "Fahrenheit 451."
With this album, the band developed a concept that embodies a metamorphosis of a human in an inconvenient future both on musical as on textual level. The release features artwork from Ben Borucki (Agathodaimon, Suicide Silence). To mark the launch of "Incendium," the band hooked up with AxisOfMetal.com to stream the album in its entirety. German melodic death metal band Burial Vault and Apostasy Records have hooked up with GunShyAssassin.com for the exclusive premier of "The Nightly Horror," off of the band's forthcoming album, "Incendium." To stream "The Nightly Horror" ahead of the album's May 24th release via Apostasy Records, visit this location.
The album is designed as a closed concept which is heavily inspired by parts of the classic dystopian novel "Fahrenheit 451" by Ray Bradbury. Here, the quintet uses both the music as well as the texts as a medium to tell the transformation of a man in a near future from a blind follower to a critical opponent in four action-packed chapters.
Recorded at the Soundlodge Studio with producer Joerg Uken (Dew-Scented, Nightfall, God Dethroned a.o.) the listeners get melodic death metal with appropriate technical and progressive influences and also subtle black metal and acoustic moments.

Burial Vault has issued the following announcement about parting ways with the band's drummer:
"Dear friends, like most of you have noticed already, the band will leave Daniel in the near future. That his decision is anything but an easy one, everyone should be aware of who knows him. His work takes him, but so much in demand that could lead to longer term problems in settling his time with the band and his job. So he took his decision out of respect towards the band and we all have great respect for it.
"We would like to take this opportunity once again to thank Daniel for the great time. He is with us have gone through the recordings of three CDs, but most of all, we have a lot of brilliant performances played together and had an unforgettable time. Things like our concert series 'Addicted To Death,' would never have occurred without it rolling.
"He will be remembered as our friend definitely weighed and not disappear from our environment. Then we will be watching! Who wants to live to experience Daniel again in Action, which can make it next weekend in Hanover and Hamburg! We count on you!

The songwriting process is done and the new stuff is going to surprise you! But before we prepare to enter Jörg Uken's Soundlodge, we will start a Pre-Production of all the material. This will help to put some finishing touches on the songs.
"Stefan Müller (also known as Quirinus) will help us with the Pre-Production. Because he has worked with musicians out of the Progressive and Folk-Genre, he is not really familiar with Death Metal. So we are the first death metal band to work with him and we are really looking forward to that. Stay tuned for more information!
