Benighted Announces Mini UK Tour
French technical death metal band Benighted has announced that they will be embarking on a four date run across the United Kingdom this October. Joining them on the trek will be Cryptic Shift, while each show will also feature more localised support bands.
The tour dates are as follows:
October 5th - London – Nambucca (w/Scordatura & Unfathomable Ruination)
October 6th - Newcastle - Trillians Rock Bar (w/Osiah)
October 7th - Glasgow – Audio (w/Scordatura)
October 8th - Cardiff - Fuel Rock Club (w/Scordatura)

Scotland’s death metal outfit Scordatura premiere a new music video for "Nothing But Dust", taken from their latest album "Mass Failure". The clip was shot in Glasgow, Scotland by Obscenery Films.

Scordatura Premieres Full-Album Stream Of New CD
Scottish death metal unit Scordatura premieres the full-album stream of the band's brand new album "Self-Created Abyss", out in stores now through Gore House Productions. The album was recorded by Rory Doherty at Crushed Ruby Studios and mixed/mastered by Jörg Uken at Soundlodge Studios (Sinister, Obscenity, Despondency) in Rhauderfehn, Germany. The album also includes a guest appearance by Danny Nelson (Malignancy). The cover art was created by Pär Olofsson.

Scottish aggressive death metal unit Scordatura just revealed details on forthcoming studio album "Self-Created Abyss."
“For this album we aimed for a more natural death metal sound.” states vocalist Daryl Boyce. “The last couple of years, we’ve been through a few obstacles to get to where we are but we really do believe we have put together a solid album and we’re ready for you guys to hear it. Scordatura Signs With Gore House
Gore House Productions is pleased to welcome Scottish aggressive death metal unit Scordatura to the label's expanding roster.
Founded in 2007, Scordatura spent years crafting a sound to reach the perfect, bludgeoning experience. In 2013, the band self released a debut album, "Torment of the Weak" which received North American distribution by Blast Heads Records. Today, Scordatura is currently working towards a second album while keeping heavily active live.
"We're very happy to join the Gore House Production roster," states vocalist Daryl Boyce. "A label that has already released some excellent albums in the brutal scene, is now giving us their backing for our upcoming album. A good working relationship between band and label is important to producing the best music we can, and we are confident we have found that in Gore House."
Boyce adds: "We're about to unleash our 2nd album ‘Self Created Abyss,’ which is currently half way though recording. We felt we’ve written a very honest album, as we kept in mind the basic rules of brutality, aggression, groove & technicality through out the writing process. Modern death metal with a twist of old school."
