Nailed To Obscurity Issues 2013 Recap

Nailed To Obscurity has issued the following year-end recap and update about upcoming activity:

"An eventful year comes to an end: first of all, we want to wish all of you a very happy New Year and the best possible start into 2014! Many thanks for your great support!

"For us 2013 was a very eventful year. We put finishing touches on our latest album 'Opaque,' recorded it with Lasse Lammert at LSD Studio and finally released it via Apostasy Records, which is the perfect partner for us!

"Beyond all that, we had our first show with Raimund in July followed by the Dark Season Tour together with our friends Dicentress. It was a blast and we’ll surely never forget all those great impressions.

"With the beginning of 2014, we’re going to work on some new material. It might seem a little early for one or another but those who know us also know that we’re taking a lot of time to create our music and since we don’t want you waiting another six years we’ll kick things off a little earlier.

"From midyear on, you’ll have the chance to see us live again. Updates will be posted here as soon as possible! Along these lines, happy New Year everybody!" More...

Nailed To Obscurity Signs With Apostasy Records

Apostasy Records has issued the following announcement about inking a deal with Nailed To Obscurity:

"Since 2005 the name Nailed To Obscurity stands for an inventive mélange of hard riffs, atmospheric melancholy and a distinctively unique sound. They already presented all these qualities on their debut album 'Abyss' - recorded at the Soundlodge Studio with producer Joerg Uken (God Dethroned, Izegrim a.o.) - abundantly clear.

"Since then a lot of things happened and the band grew a lot through numerous shows and their consistent pursuit of musical refinement. This year the band is going to put their long-awaited label debut up for discussion.

"From this day forth, Nailed To Obscurity is part of the Apostasy family! We are excited to announce first details on the album soon."
