Lost Society Premieres "Thrash All Over You" Video

Finnish thrash act Lost Society premiered its new music video for the track "Trash All Over You" over on Metal Hammer's YouTube Channel (shown below) and at this location. The track appears on the the debut LP "Fast Loud Death," is out in North America on April 2, 2013 via Nuclear Blast Records.

Lost Society Posts Track-By-Track Video, Pt. 5

Lost Society posted part five in the series of track-by-track videos culminating in the release of band's debut release "Fast Loud Death." The album is available now in Europe and will drop on April 2nd in North America via Nuclear Blast Records.

In this final part of the series, the band provides you with background information on "Fatal Anoxia" and the bonus track "Escape From Delirium." Check out the music video for the track "Kill (Those Who Oppose Me)" over at this location. A second video for the track "Thrash All Over You" is expected to premiere on March 20, 2013 over at Metal Hammer.

Lost Society Posts Making Of "Trash All Over You"

Finnish thrash act Lost Society posted behind the scenes footage from the upcoming new music video for "Trash All Over You." The video will be release on March 20, 2013 on Metal Hammer's YouTube Channel. The track appears on the the debut LP "Fast Loud Death," which drops today in mainland Europe, March 18th (UK) and April 2nd (US) via Nuclear Blast Records.

The video was shot in the band's hometown of Jyväskylä together with director Maurice Swinkels (Legion of the Damned). Check out the footage here:

Lost Society Streaming New Single

Lost Society's new album entitled “Fast Loud Death“ will be released via Nuclear Blast on March 15, 2013. Today, the thrashing youngsters in Lost Society proudly present the album’s first single entitled “Trash All Over You." Band leader Samy Elbanna comments:

“Many people have asked us why we misspelled the song title – we always give the same answer: It’s not about the thrash genre, but depicts how the whole world is collapsing on you. All the problems in the world seem to pile up and you get trashed all over. Lost Society Reveals New Album Details

Nuclear Blast Records has checked in with the following statement about releasing a new album from Lost Society:

"17, 18, 19, 19. No, that’s not today’s lottery numbers, but the age of the band members of Finland’s most promising contemporary newcomer combo. Founded early 2010 in Jyväskylä by thrash/speed metal enthusiast Samy Elbanna, the front man gathered an ensemble of passionate allies around him to establish a band that soon should become known as the most energetic up-and-comers Scandinavia had seen in years – Lost Society!

Crafted under the aegis of famous producer Nino Laurenne (Amorphis, Ensiferum) in the prestigious Sonic Pump Studios (Finntroll, Sonata Arctica) the band’s debut entitled 'Fast Loud Death' will be released via Nuclear Blast on March 15th, 2013. Already in the first quarter, this record can doubtlessly be ranked among this year’s best releases of its genre!"

The cover artwork was designed by Ed Repka (Megadeth, Venom). Lost Society Signs To Nuclear Blast

Nuclear Blast has issued the following announcement about inking a deal with Lost Society:

"Thrash is not dead – and the youngsters of Lost Society are living proof of it! Founded in early 2010 by thrash/speed metal enthusiast Samy Elbanna in the Finnish town of Jyväskylä, the front man gathered an ensemble of passionate allies around him to establish a band that soon should become known as the most energetic newcomer combo Scandinavia had seen in years.

"After numerous gigs around Finland, bringing them great feedback for their extraordinarily strong stage presence, Lost Society decided to take part in the world-renowned GBOB (Global Battle Of the Bands). After they had won the preliminary decision round in their hometown, they were invited to the finals held in Helsinki, where they prevailed against 13 contesters and eventually came off victorious. The grand finals of GBOB 2012 will take place at The Scala in London on the 9th of December with 18 bands from all over the world – and Lost Society will be one of them!"
