I know Paul is a little out there. When I saw Cynic live we were all doing yoga in between songs. I will give them this.... They have their own sound. "Focus" was well ahead of it's time and Cynic delivers a unique take on progressive metal. "Traced In Air" was also good. From everything the band has said about the upcoming album, I was expecting something more progressive.

Horrible lyrics. Cynic can do much better than that. Instrumentals were lacking as well. Hopefully the rest of the album doesn't reflect this output. The album title track is not much better either. At least the instrumentals were better on that one.
