The South Wales hardcore lads in Continents have released their first video toru diary. Get ready to see their rebellious antics, stage dives, and never before seen backstage footage from a recent UK/European tour. Check out the clip below.

Beginning February 21st in Cardiff, Continents will hit the road for a four city run with The Catharsis to celebrate the Victory Records debut album "Idle Hands."
