The latest viral video with some tangential relevance to music is a comedic sketch by Brian Firenzi and Maria Del Carmen. In the skit, posted as an installment of "Ask A Network Head," Natalie asks the head of programming at MTV why they stopped playing music videos. Watch below for the answer (warning: NSFW language):

Ricky what's his face...Racthman (didn't spell that right, don't care) had NO idea the camera was on. He lifted up his leg and totally ripped a@@ right on camera. You should have seen the look on his face when he saw the camera light was on. LOLOLOLOL.

Cinderella was one of the hair bands I liked. I still give Night Songs a spin here and there.
Cindy always had more substance than the majority of hair bands.
And for what it's worth Tom Keifer is coming out with another solo album.
I have a feeling Cinderella knows the time has come and gone for them. Or maybe they're afraid to try a new album (????) Who knows.

Come on, "Pour Some Sugar on Me" was the #1 video for 50-something weeks or so... Who could get sick of that? :-) Sadly, outside of HBB, that was the best time for MTV...Metallica and the early 90s (groove) bands got some play and then rap started taking over MTV along with grunge. Still, it was too much rap for me to weather for the other videos.
