So... He's going with the modified Empire logo huh? How original. I feel sorry for the musicians that have hooked up their wagon to Geoff Tate.

Unless he wrote that song with Prince, he has no excuse for spelling it like that.

Something tells me this whole album will be one big rant at his former band mates.
How pathetic.
I heard if you preorder Tate spits on the cover for you. :)
Say U Luv It?????
No, hate it.
Loved Empire and Promised Land...everything after that?
Nope.

I heard pre-order sales also come with officially licensed guy-liner and faux beard.

Geoff Taint: "Say U Luv it"
fan: "...uhhh, love what?"
GT: "My attempt at looking like a gay Rob Halford."
**I understand the irony of that statement**
fan: "Sorry, can't say that I do."
GT: "Well U suck, cuz that's The Way I Roll."
fan: "Well, suit yourself then. Enjoy trying to relive your Glory Days... douche."

^ haha! At least he didn't draw it along his jawline. It would be hilarious if he went all Kerry King instead -minus the skull tats. Wait! Maybe he could tattoo the beard for ultimate douchebaggery.

I'm one of them old schoolers who believe that a crowds reaction is indictive of the quality of the performance....call me outdated anymore

I agree, I don't mind Prince.
He did some pretty decent shred back in the Purple Rain days.
And anyone who writes Darling Nikki is ok by me.
Tate....hmmph, I still wish the drummer would have shoved a cymbal stand up his a$$ when he spit at him.

I've heard sound clips and of course nowhere near a metal record. More alternative like Dedicated to Chaos or hard rock like something Aerosmith would put out. Sure Jeff you really brought the *metal*.

All said very entertaining to watch the whole drama play out.
