Prong Cancels Upcoming Tour Dates With Static-X

Due to circumstances beyond the band's control, Prong has been forced to pull out of some shows on the current tour run, including headline dates and shows with Static-X. The band will still be playing the "Knot Fest" and will resume touring starting with a headlining date in Portland, OR at The Hawthorne Theater.
According to a statement, the band is very sorry about the cancellations and plans on hitting the East Coast in full force as soon as possible. Prong's remaining tour dates are:

8/17: Pacific Junction, IA @ Mid-America Motorplex
8/18: Somerset, WI @ Float-Rite Amphitheater
Headline Show:
8/31: Portland, OR @ Hawthorne Theater
BUMBERSHOOT 2012:
9/1: Seattle, WA @ Seattle Center
Headline Shows:
9/2: Richland, WA @ Ray's Golden Lion
9/3: Modesto, CA @ Fat Cat
9/4: Lancaster, CA @ Industry Theater

Well this really sucks. I have been listening to Prong since 90 and I was FINALLY going to get to see them in Chicago. Anybody know the reason? Prong is the only damn band on the bill I was really wanting to see.
