Randy Blythe Will Get Released On Bail Monday

Lamb Of God singer Randy Blythe appeared before court Saturday at 10:00 a.m. Czech time to address charges that he caused the death of a fan two years ago after a May 2010 show. The judge, believing Blythe to be a flight risk, imposed bail at $200,000 (4 million Czech koruna). Blythe claimed that the amount was more than he makes in a year. Randy will be remanded into custody until Monday when the banks open to make the payment. Blythe's lawyer, Vladimir Jablonski, echoed that Randy Blythe had no idea that after that Prague concert the fan had died two weeks later as a result of his injuries. Damn that sucks i know i made some comments about log in the past but last year Mr Blythe attended a memorial service for my friend Jared Southwick and i talked to him for a second he seemed like a really cool guy. I hope he preserveres on this struggle. As a man that lives in the DC area and goes all the way to Muncie IN to attend a funeral for a friend is a solid dude in my book.

I'm glad to see he is out of jail. I get tired of hearing about metal performers being harassed like this. We know it's happened before when Al Gore's wife went after us in the senate hearings in the late 90's. The powers that be hate us no matter what country you are in. We have to stand up for ourselves. Keep up the good work and Rock On. AD(arch-druid) Stephen W. Abbott also known as Abbotts Inn and Stephen93. Peace! Peace! Peace!

Good to hear randy is getting bailed out...sweet court room attire as well....the law will always be after dudes with long hair, ink and metal shirts....they hate people who don't value the boring khakis and collared shirt suburban life style...hope all goes well for randy and LOG. Its hard to think an internationally known and recognized metal musician is much of a flight risk.

This is nothing but a sign of hatred from the Chez republic. They wan't to get Randy to send a sign of how they hate this music & what is stands for. Lamb of God is my favorite band & I don't think Randy should be locked up. This post is later than the rest & his 200,000 dollar bail was paid. They have no excuse for keeping him. Their's plenty of proof saying Randy is innocent, FREE RANDY BLYTHE! This will be terrible in the end when people complain about tickets paid to see Lamb & people will want refunds & I bet Lamb of God will never play there again so Chez might end up regretting their dission. All the above comments, all good ones.
