Jordan Perry, drummer for Montreal technical death metal band Derelict, has posted a new performance video for the song "Perpetuation," which can be found by heading over here.

"This is one of our shortest songs to date, but it's the one I'm the most proud of as far as the drum parts go," says Perry. "I wanted to maintain an unrelenting feel, but add elements I hadn't used previously."

"Perpetuation" is currently available as a free track download via Derelict's Bandcamp page at this location. Perry also has instructional videos explaining how to perform his heel toe kick drum technique, his take on blast beats, and his warmup routine, on the band's youtube channel.
