Emo? I think that word is being thrown around too much. If your calling this cover emo, basically a clear inspiration from Poe's work, then I think your barking up quite the wrong tree.
I like it, not what I expected. Which is why I like it. Its a clean cover, and dark, but in its own way. It looks like its been left in the dust.
Dont see where the title ties in quite yet, but I guess we'll find out.

The difference Ryanopuffs is that in Poe's time morbid drawings looked like the cover silvermountains mentioned, not a cartoony deformation. Also there are several similarities between this cover and My Chemical Romance:

That new Swede supergroup with Marco from Haunted and Jesper is what I really want to hear! Ill listen to the new IF but I'm reserved in my exitement though! I hope for the best! I've liked only bits and pieces off their last 4 albums or so. I expect nothing differant this time!

Yeah, Cynic, I see what you mean. But, the artist obviously takes his own direction with his possible influence of Poe. I said he was an inspired by him, not trying to replicate.
I am an artist, and I know that no artist wants to replicate exactly another artists style. You want it to influence and expand upon your favorite way to put your thoughts on paper, and to get you started with what you REALLY want to put yourself out there with. You need to make a name for yourself.
Now, obviously I have dove too deep into the necessary points that should be made, but eh, its my passion. Be lenient on me. :P

The art for this isn't as bad as I thought it would be. Come Clarity? Sense of Purpose? Horrible covers! Looking forward to hearing to hearing music though. It really can't be worse than The Haunteds latest.
