Hegemon Confirmed For Black Metal Is Rising Festival

French black metal band Hegemon has been officially added to the bill of the 2009 Black Metal Is Rising Festival. The festival will occur on May 9th in Paris, France at La Locomotive and the following bands have already been confirmed:

Azziard
Reverence
Glorior Belli
Celestia
Orakle
Nefarium

That is cool we should have more of viking an black metal music i think they should have freedom to sing there words and take over all the metal singer.
