Band Photo: Rammstein (?)
German industrial metal band Rammstein has issued the following recording update for their upcoming album:
"The first part of the recordings was finished on December 21st, 2008 after 7 weeks of intensive work. Drums, guitars, and bass, as well as most of the vocal tracks, have now been recorded. Musicians and producers have bid their adieux for the holidays. And so, until the next chapter, we wish everyone involved – and all the Rammstein fans out there! – a very Merry Christmas and a long and lively New Year."

Agreed w/ the Terminator... wanna go "mann gegen mann"? HAHAHAHA! NO!, sorry cowboy.
I hope they get off the soft-streak they're on (could you say: flacid streak?). The last 2 records have been lack-luster and overly... well... gay.
They've been pushed to the back of my cd catalog... damn, doesn't it seem like anything you could possibly say about Rammstein has a hint of gay innuendo?

Rammstein have been my favourite band for a long time, and what pisses me off is that my copy of Herzeleid (wich was 20 bux to buy in the metal section) blew up in my mates cd drive a few months back, and it is now 35.. lol... the movement of metal from underground to more 'mainstream' is a bit of a catch 22 aye? lol...
Anyway... In response to post 3, Reise, Reise although soft was still quite good, and it still had all the elements of Rammstein, and a real 'Industrial' feel, but I do agree that 'Rosenrot' was quite.. GAY!... It was soft, lame, and it didnt really sound like a Rammstein album at all, apart from Till Lindemanns vocals... All of Rammsteins albums are different in a way, Herzeleid is heavier and more raw, Sensucht had a more 'dancy' feel to it, whereas Mutter and Reise, Reise were both more refined, but they were still definitely Rammstein. Hopefully though, Rosenrot was just a bit of an experimental album, and they wont continue down this softer path of music...

They should let us hear some of the new material soon. That would be nice.
