Faith No More To Reunite?

Band Photo: Faith No More (?)
British magazine, Kerrang! has stated that a number of industry insiders are suggesting that Faith No More will be reuniting for a world tour next year and that a number of venues in the United Kingdom has been put dates on hold for Faith No More shows. However, bassist Bill Gould says: "If anything like this were to happen, it would have to come from the band, and I haven't spoken with any of them in over a year. So as far as I know, there isn't anything to talk about, and I'm pretty sure that if you were to contact Mike Patton [vocals], he would tell you the same thing."

kalis, looking back at lots of reunions in the past, lots of musicians did it for the $. they see their musical careers are virtually over and are taking one more spin around the states or world, because the money is flowing like a river. not saying that all musicians do it for the money, but most do.

While I also tend to hope the artists I like will hold to a higher standard and be more about the music, Branded didnt say anything particularly negative. In fact he was one of the first to show interest. Lets keep it in perspective here.
I do remember how even during the times where Faith No More was doing well, Mike used the band as a vehicle to push his other projects, Mr. Bungle for example. Passing out demo's, selling merch, what have you. While I would love to see a reunion, I wonder where Mike's head is at concerning the band itself. They are a favorite of mine as a kid and I never got to see them, if they came around NC you could count me in.

a FNM reunion would be just about the best thing that could happen, but to hell with a tour, I want a new album from them.
Would they reunite with Big Jim on guitar or hook someone else in? I can't see Jim wanting in, but you never know... I'd like to hear Jon Hudson again. His performance was way better than Spruance or Menta.

OK EVERY1, I WOULD LOVE TO SEE THESE GUYS REUNITE. ID PAY "REAL MONEY" TO GO SEE THEM AND LIKE NETROMANCER SAID, COME ANY NEAR NC AND IM THERE, IF I CAN MAKE IT. I UNDERSTAND ITS A JOB, AS SOME1 POINTED OUT. HOWEVER, THERE ARE SO MANY PEOPLE OUT THERE WHO SAY THEY ARE DOING IT FOE THE FANS AND MUSIC, YET ARE ONLY IN IT FOR THE MONEY. THATS ALL I WAS SAYING. I WOULD LOVE TO SEE THIS BAND GET BACK TOGETHER AND TOUR.

In 23 days it will be one year since I have been at MU. Don't for see going anywhere else. You guys, and the staff are too awesome to want to go anywhere else. Sorry you haven't been able to get out. I got to see Dimmu, Skelotinwitch, and Moonspell at the Blackest of the Black tour. Danzig lost a fan at that show.

Well, three searches (two pat downs and the metal detector) no cell phones, no wallet chains, and if cought useing a cell phone for ANY reason you get kicked out was a bit much. Then add the fact he can't sing anymore, and my respect for him was put in a meat grinder.
