Megadeth Drummer Posts Studio Update

Megadeth drummer Shawn Drover has posted the following message online:

"San Diego - Day 3.

90% done with what I am working on here in San Diego at the new Megadeth recording studio - everything looks killer now (my past-life work skills have not left me, thankfully) a few little touch-ups, and all will be done on my end. It's been a fun trip. Kind of reminds me a bit of how Evolver was done, all of us taking part in creating something cool, that should really benefit us all in the long run. Anyways, enough of this, I am heading for the BEACH!

Give me a call on my "The Live Line" 877-388-3786."

Be well,
Shawn.

Apparantly so, they really haven't been too helpful lately. I thought they were still building the studio :S

Quite a difference compared to the media blitz of Metallica's every move eh? Fingers crossed for more tracks like "Gears of War".

Dave toughened up for the music he still wants to make (for one reason or another) that's what happened...just because he has arthritis doesn't mean he's gonna stop, what a guy! I love Megadeth, hope all goes well in the studio, (although I know it will) :)

Mustaine is recording because Death Magnetic just came out and massacred everything with Megadeth's name on it since 1993. Funny, since I've always been a bigger Megadeth fan, but Dave, you need to know when you're beat. You're gonna try to comeback again and your elbow's gonna explode again and then we're gonna have another sh**ty album by the Dave Mustaine Band. I mean Megadeth.

I hope things are well with Megadeth. That shows real determination on Dave's part...good for him.

Really Crawford?? Hell I'd listen to United Abominations over Death Magenetic any day, and I've always been a bigger Metallica fan. Lol, the real question is how many times can Metallica and Megadeth release records and the critics continue to call them "comback albums" haha. Guess til one of them pulls their fingers out and produces something decent.

Now Playing: Doomsword - "Days Of High Adventure"
