^agreed Kal, well, I'm Hispanic...but I don't look like it at all! My parents were born in Mexico, but came to America when they were teens. My dad wore bell bottoms n my mom watched MTV...(in the 80's, when it used to be good) I was born in California but have been livin' in Portland, Oregon for about 8-9 years now. But enough about that. I look forward to the day we drink n that shall be a fine day indeed. Oh, I saw Amon Amarth live last year at the Hawthorne Theater....amazing show.
By the way, you may have quite the Viking scream but I bet ya can't beat Jackrum's shower singin' LOL

Then my Father got a job in Oregon. Soon after that we all came to Oregon. I like it here. Wow, today feels like it's going to be a great day...(hope I don't eat those words later lol)

Oh sorry I was out back organizing things. I currently live in Los Angeles..."South" Los Angeles to be exact. I've been here for nearly 19 years. I've been all around the Los Angeles area from Beverly Hills to Hollywood, Compton to Watts, Long Beach to Venice Beach to Santa Monica Beach. Anywhere! you name it. Does that answer your question Jenny?... <(-_-<(

This is one of the few albums i think will be neccesary for purchase this year.
Metallica's album though is just gonna end up in my pocket before I leave wal-mart.
It'll look nice in my pocket next to the slipknot album while I'm purchasing the Amon Amarth cd :D

THIS BAND IS SO FU[K!ING AMAZING!!!!!!!! One of the best heavy bands on the planet by far and cant wait to check em out with the one and only Slayer on the north american leg of the Unholly tour 3. Does anyone remember when Metallica opened for Ozzy on Master of Puppets tour and stole the show? I definitely can see this same situation unfold with AMON AMARTH. Cant wait to check out the lyrics on this album!!!

Just quietly, mead is not the best. If I'm choosing my occupation by what I'll drink, I'd pass up Vikinghood for Piracy any day. Rum, man. It's no coincedence that it rhymes with 'yum' hahah :P
In every other aspect, Vikings are way cooler. Pity they're not quite as well known for looting treasure though, hahah.

I LOVE "Cry of the Blackbirds" that's a great song! But I love "Death in Fire" (live at Waken) just as much....damn, I gotta admit, Amon Amarth sounds better live!
Nice Viking screams everyone! Just 4 the record, I started it HEHE!

oh yeah they do. Since the prospect of me seeing any of my favorite bands live (or at wacken) is almost nil, I get concert DVD's. I have the Wrath Of The Norsmen DVD and it's Awsome! There is even a viking battle in the middle of the song Amon Amarth! now THAT is awsome!

I've been to Disturbed when they came supporting their album 10000 fists, I saw Ankla Nonpoint and Skindred when they were touring together, and I saw a few kickass local bands shows. Anyone heard of The Ottoman Empire(now Luna Mortis)? They are a band from wisconsin that just got signed to Century Media and are awsome!
