Los Angeles thrashers Hexen have finalized the tracklisting and release date for their upcoming album "State of Insurgency". The tracklisting is as follows:

OSM Records have set a date of August 5th 2008 for the US release and August 8th, 2008 for Worldwide release for the album. The cover art was done by Ed Repka (Death, Megadeth etc) and can be viewed below.
