Michael Scott Axley has been convicted of felony murder and aggravated assault charges after he punched and killed Andy Richardson at the Family Values Tour stop in Atlanta, GA last year.
The victim, 30-year-old Andy Richardson of Atlanta, was attending a concert by KORN at the HiFi Buys Ampitheater. Atlanta police homicide Detective Brett Zimbrick testified at the hearing that Richardson was knocked to the ground by a punch from Axley, fatally hit his head on the concrete floor at the former Lakewood Ampitheater and was punched twice more as he lay unconscious.
UPDATE: As pointed out by moko in the comments (and confirmed by other sources), Axley was indicted on the charges of felony murder and aggravated assault, not convicted.

Like it or not, the public calls Korn Metal, and this puts unneeded bad publicity on real metal. I hope that guy enjoys PMITA prison and has the same thing happen to him on a much slower, more painful scale. People shouldn't die at a concert where they go to have a good time, no matter how sh*tty the "band" is.
