Sadly, I have to wait until August to see Dimmu Borgir at Wacken Open Air in Germany. My sadness is only lessened by the fact that I'll have more Metal shoved up my arse in August than I ever dreamed possible, especially when I realize that I don't really even like Dimmu Borgir...

I dont really like Dimmu, they have a couple tracks but the whole hail satan black metal sh** i just never could get into hard core. I saw them at Ozzfest at Tinley Park that few years back, and they helped put me right to sleep, and it was a good sleep, i was out cold, i woke up at the end of Slayers set somehow. Devildriver is f***ing so cool and insane, they were sick with Gwar!. Dez has those f***ing lungs and hes a short dude hahahaha. I think this is going to be sick, ill be gone probly by Dimmu, HoB Chicago, May 2nd eh? sick ill be there for sure.

No ones walking about A7X either. I agree, very odd fans are gonna be there. Black Metal rules though Dimmu are f***ing amazing live. I JUST listened to In Sorte before ie ever came out. Great sh**. I love The Serpentine Offering and The Chosen Legacy, when he says, IN SORTE DIABOLI hellhammer goes f***in insane. Def. looking forward to that show. Esspecially with Kataklysm and DD. not a big fan of Unearth but when i saw em with slayer, they're a lot better live, and heavier than on track.

heh, who put this lineup together?...
All good bands in their own right but kind of mish-mashed. Unearth is the least interesting of the 4 for me and I can see them sharing a bill with Devil Driver...but Dimmu and Kataklysm?...Thats the main event for me.
