Danzig helped create a genre and rock subculture (thus better than Lacuna Coil) but I think LC are alright....Certainly a far cry from great but they stomp all over Evanescence, Otep, Kittie, Flyleaf and any other accessible female fronted band.

I have to admit to liking select cuts off of their first three full lengths, though the last album was a letdown
