OTEP frontman and namesake, Otep Shamaya, has released yet another thought provoking message to fans and the general public warning of things to come from the band:

f*** you, they are amazing. live they are great. sure some songs she talks through, but its not music they represent, but the message and art of what they do. shes inspired alot of people. they're heavy even when they're not. try actually listening to the music not just looking for some heavy a$$ music and crazy f***ing insane vocals (I love it as much as anyone) but appreciate the talent that goes into the music and the lyrics

Watch out!!!1 The bass player in Otep's name is Evil J. Ooohhh...I'm scared! Didn't Coal Chamber already do the deep dark anger and misery? The only (e)volution these retards are gonna get started is the one that makes sh**ty bands crying about being about sexually assaulted go away forever.

shes a total nutcase. otep is one of the worst live bands ever. not to mention that their last cd was horrible. i think when i saw them they only did five or six songs. the rest of the set she looked and talked like she belonged in the mental ward. she talked more then they played. i hate when bands do that
