Between The Buried And Me Premiere Their Cover Of The Smashing Pumpkins' "Jellybelly"
Progressive metal outfit Between The Buried And Me have officially premiered their cover of The Smashing Pumpkins classic “Jellybelly.” The track originally appeared on the landmark “Mellon Collie And The Infinite Sadness” and will be included on the upcoming The Smashing Pumpkins tribute album, “Sending Hearts To All My Dearies – A Tribute To The Smashing Pumpkins.” Sumerian Records will release the compilation digitally on August 14th, with a vinyl edition scheduled to follow on October 16th.
The tribute album has the endorsement of The Smashing Pumpkins frontman Billy Corgan and also features interpretations of the influential alternative rock band's material by Tame Impala, Carpenter Brut, Palaye Royale, Nita Strauss, and many others.
