Svartsyn Unveils New Track
Swedish black metal band Svartsyn has unveiled the second track off the upcoming full-length album "Black Testament." Check out "Revelation In The Water" courtesy of Sweden Rock Magazine here or through the player below.
The album is coming to shops on the 28th of May in Europe and 11th of June in North America on Agonia Records.
According to the band founder and mastermind - Ornias - "Black Testament" can be described as a "sinister mix between Destruction Of Man (2003) and Timeless Reign (2007) releases." He also added: "it's a journey through my spiritual darkness and death."

Swedish black metal metallers Svartsyn have revealed details of their forthcoming full-length album entitled "Black Testament." The release (cover below) will hit shops on May 28th in Europe/UK and June 11th in North America through Agonia Records.
According to the band founder and mastermind Ornias, Svartsyn's "Black Testament" can be described as a "sinister mix between Destruction Of Man (2003) and Timeless Reign (2007) releases." He also added: "it's a journey through my spiritual darkness and death."

Svartsyn Debut Album To See Re-Release
The re-release of Svartsyn's debut album "The True Legend" is set for March 20th, 2012 in Europe and April 10th, 2012 in North America via Agonia Records. The label commented on the re-release:
"The True Legend album, the one from Svartsyn's discography that can boast with being sold out and not available for a dog's age, has been remastered in full at Clintworks Studio - a studio opened in Hamburg by Dennis Israel; an assistant engineer who previously worked with Jens Bogren at Fascination Street Studio (Amon Amarth, Opeth, Paradise Lost, Katatonia). The rerelease has been partly rerecorded and equipped with a new layout and cover drawn by US artist Chadwick St John.
"The album will be available as a CD and - for the first time – on vinyl. There will be a standard 12-inch black vinyl edition and limited to 100 copies colored vinyl edition (the second one available via Agonia Records Webshop exclusively).
"Svartsyn is a black metal band that originates from Sweden. They have earned a cult status in the metal underground, releasing six albums to date. Their last full-length, Wrath upon the Earth, was out in 2011. The True Legend was originally out in December 1996 by German label Folter Records." More...
