Poland's death metal act Kult Mogil returns with their sophomore album, nearly three years after the release of their mini-album "Portentaque". Entitled "Torn Away The Remains of Dasein" the new album will be released on 6 June 2020 via Pagan Records. Kult Mogil Returns With New EP "Portentaque"

Almost two years since the release of the debut album "Anxiety Never Descending," Kult Mogil returns with the new EP entitled "Portentaque." The EP drops September 29th through Pagan Records in digital, CD and 12” vinyl (45 rpm) formats. Pre-orders are now available through the label's webstore at this location.

The stunning artwork (shown below) was prepared by Jose Gabriel Alegría Sabogal (presented in full in the vinyl version), and the layout by Mentalporn.

“Portentaque” includes over 18 minutes of immaculate metal of death. The EP consists of the intensity of Dead Congregation or Necros Christos, the heaviness of Incantation and the ghastly, oppressive climate of Encoffination.

Kult Mogil Reveals New Album Details

The debut album from Polish up-and-coming death metal act Kult Mogil is now complete and will be released at the end of this year through Pagan Records. The band has unveiled the artwork and track list of the full-length, entitled "Anxiety Never Descending."

Made up of six new tracks, the music found on this album creates an atmosphere of a reeking graveyard; a soundtrack to your damnation and slow death. The band commented: “We hope that - if we can put it this way – this record will not make dying any easier for you.”

Regarding the band’s name, the members explain that Kult Mogil does not translate to “sepulchral cult.” Instead, “cult of graves” is more fitting and understood as a “burial place with or without tombstones” as opposed to “the cult of dead ancestors.”

More details including the release date, pre-orders and the first sounds from the grave shall be announced soon. Watch out!

Kult Mogil Signs With Pagan Records

The death/black metal heathens from Kult Mogil (translation: Sepulchral Cult) just signed a record deal with Pagan Records.

The band was established in October 2014 in Tarnów, Poland. In April 2015 the group released "Demo 2015," which will soon be be out officially on tape via Gravplass Propaganda and can be heard below.

Kult Mogil is currently recording a debut full-length album entitled "Anxiety Never Descending," which will be released under the banner of Pagan Records, with further info impending. More...
