Møl Announces UK/European Tour Dates

Danish blackgaze masters Møl has announced a UK / EU headline tour, their first since the release of new album "Diorama," out now via Nuclear Blast. Joining them will be UK outfit Countless Skies.

Countless Skies Posts Full New Album

Emerging Hertfordshire-based melodic death metal quartet Countless Skies has made upcoming debut album, "New Dawn," available for full streaming online.

"New Dawn" is due out on the 24th of June via Kolony Records and was recorded by Danny Biggin at HVR Studios, before seeing its mix and master under the scrutiny of Juho Räihä at SoundSpiral Audio. The artwork was crafted by the talented Carl Ellis. You can also see Countless Skies live:

Countless Skies Streaming "Daybreak"

Emerging Hertfordshire melodic death metal quartet Countless Skies just unveiled a track taken from upcoming debut album, "New Dawn." Check out "Daybreak" below.

"New Dawn" was recorded by Danny Biggin at HVR Studios before seeing its mix and master under the scrutiny of Juho Räihä at SoundSpiral Audio. The artwork was crafted once again by the talented Carl Ellis and "New Dawn: is scheduled for release 24th June 2016 via Kolony Records.

Named after Be'lakor song "Countless Skies," the English quartet burst onto the modern metal scene with a blend of progressive and darkly intense music influenced by Scandinavian melodeath heroes.

After winning the Bedfordshire Metal to the Masses competition, Countless Skies played a triumphant gig on the New Blod' stage at Bloodstock Open Air in summer 2015. Catch the band live on these upcoming dates:

Countless Skies Details New Album "New Dawn"

Following the success of their acclaimed self-titled EP, released late 2014, emerging Hertfordshire UK melodic death metal quartet Countless Skies are on the cusp of releasing their much anticipated debut album "New Dawn." With a deal inked with Italian label Kolony Records, "New Dawn" hits the shelves officially on 24th June 2016.

Today the band unveils a new lyric video for 'Incendium,' which was edited by Andy Pilkington of Very Metal Art. Check it out below.

Countless Skies Releases New Single

Stepping up its game from a previous debut EP, Countless Skies has forged onward into the twilight, bringing mournful melodies and rasping vocals on new single, "Solace."

Countless Skies Heads To Bloodstock

The Nordic-loving melodeath upstarts from Countless Skies have a boatload of news to share. First, the band is delighted to announce winning the final of the Metal To The Masses competition, and is now packing up gear to head to the prestigious Bloodstock Festival in August!

Countless Skies also has news on new material. Vocalist/guitarist Ross King reveals: “We will shortly be entering the studio to record a single entitled 'Solace,' to be released prior to our slot at Bloodstock this year, along with a brand new t-shirt design. This will be available exclusively from our Bandcamp page, and will be at a 'Pay what you like' basis."

Artwork for both the single and t-shirt will be provided once again by the talented Carl Ellis, who created the stunning visual of the band’s debut self-titled EP.

As if that weren’t enough, the band also has a new full-length album in the works! Ross continues, “It will be recorded in HVR Studios in Ipswich, run by Dan Biggin (Pentagram Chile, Criminal, Anihilated). We have 8 tracks lined up, following a similar sound from our EP but stepped up to the next level. Release date is looking to be early 2016, so keep an eye out!” More...

Countless Skies Working On Album, Announces Shows

Deep in the woodlands of Hertfordshire, one band looks to the north-east for inspiration. Drawing from the same wells as Finland's incredible melodic death metal bands, Countless Skies pay fair tribute to such acts as Insomnium, Omnium Gatherum, Ghost Brigade and Dark Tranquillity.

The band is currently working on a full-length album, which is tentatively announced for the end of 2015 / early 2016. In the mean time, you can hear the band's previous self-titled EP in full below. You can also catch the band live on these dates:
