Guttural Slug Launches Indiegogo Campaign For Recording Process

Guttural Slug, the slam band that released its second full length album "Megalodon" earlier in the year on Rotten Roll Rex records, has launched an indiegogo page to help them in the recording process of the next album. Check out that page at this location. Guttural Slug needs to raise money for album pressing, merchandise, and to fix Sam's apartment/studio which got flooded over the weekend of October 5th. The band consists of Danish guitarist/drummer Mikkel and Virginia bassist/vocalist Samantha. Guttural Slug got its start in April 2012 when Mauro and Mikkel started the band as a side-project from their band Devouring the Deceased, releasing its debut demo "Intercranial Purgatory." In May of 2013 Mauro decided to leave the band due to personal reasons. Mikkel tried to find a replacement and then in June of 2013 Mikkel recruited Samantha Smith.
