Metallica To Perform On The Colbert Report

Metallica will make a rare T.V. appearance to chat and perform live on Comedy Central's "The Colbert Report" this coming Tuesday, September 24th.
The band is appearing in support of "Metallica: Through the Never," which is a 3D movie set to hit IMAX on September 27th and regular theaters on October 4th. Check out a teaser trailer for the movie below.
The two disc CD soundtrack "Metallica Through The Never (Music from the Motion Picture)" will also be released on the band's own record label Blackened Recordings this coming September 24th.
