Nightwish Reschedule Cancelled Tour Dates

Nightwish have begun to reschedule the three cancelled North American tour dates (Toronto, Montreal and Philadelphia), which occured back in early August. So far, the dates in Toronto and Montreal have been rescheduled, and a Philadelphia date is expected to be announced soon.
Here are the confirmed rescheduled dates so far:
Dec. 15 - Montreal, QC - Metropolis
Dec. 18 - Toronto, ON - TBA
