Church Of Misery Streams New Song "Cranely Gardens"
Church of Misery, Japan's primary doom export, has launched a brand new song from new album "Thy Kingdom Scum" via SputnikMusic.com. Give "Cranely Gardens" a listen right here.
In line with the band's consistent and dark theme of songs dealing with serial killers, "Cranely Gardens" is about Dennis Andrew Nilsen, known as the Muswell Hill Murderer, who murdered 15 men in London in the late 70s, early 80s.
The previously posted music video for "Brother Bishop" is also available at this location.
"Thy Kingdom Scum" was written and recorded by Tatus Mikami, Junji Narita, Ikume Kawabe, and Hideki Fukasawa. In 2012, after the departure vocalist Yoshiaki Negishi, Tatsu and Junji contacted previous singer Hideki, and they decided on a reunion. Additionally, the band added guitarist Ikuma Kawabe (ex-DHIDALAH) in late May 2012.
