Five upcoming concerts on the Family Values Tour 2001 have been canceled. Organizers cited "circumstances beyond our control" for the nixed gigs. In addition, three other stops have been rescheduled. Meanwhile, Stone Temple Pilots frontman Scott Weiland slammed rap-rock acts Friday during his band's Chicago-area headlining slot when he shouted, "F**k nü-metal!"
