Trivium Recording New Album, Posts Studio Photos

Band Photo: Trivium (?)
Trivium is currently holed up in a house in Texas working on the band's sixth album (and fifth for Roadrunner).
During the album's recording, the band has been posting a steady stream of photos on Instagram documenting the whole process. Roadrunner Records has now gathered together the shots and put up a new photo gallery. Check out it right here.
This new album will follow the 2011 release "In Waves" (reviewed here). Further details will be announced as they become available.

I've only heard "Ascendency" and "The Crusade".
For awhile I championed them for being a good metal gateway band... and there's definitely some compositional skill in there but the lyrics always made me flinch, like with tourettes-style frequency. Guilty pleasure I guess.
I'm saying this as an aging metalhead but if these guys had been around in my teens (when Pantera and Tool were in high gear and Korn and Deftones were getting started), I would have lost my mind.
