Spider Rockets has officially announced a new addition to the close-knit arachnoid family. Greg Manning has filled a permanent position with the group as bassist and back-up vocalist.
"Greg has been a long time friend of ours and was always a big fan of the band. He's also a seasoned vocalist, so he's able to blend nicely with my voice in harmonies, or pull off grittier leads like the male vocal parts in tracks like 'Gasoline.' And his hair speaks for itself," states lead singer, Helena Cos.
Spider Rockets will show off the new goods when the group debuts Greg (The Mane) Manning supporting Trapt at Monirae's in Pennellville, PA on Friday, February 8th at 8:00 pm. The band supports Trapt again February 10th in Clifton Park, New York, while breaking away Saturday, February 9th for a performance at Downtown Quarterback in Endicott, NY.
The latest Spider Rockets release, "Bitten," was named "Top 10 Hard Rock Album of 2012" by Metal Odyssey. For more details and show information, head over to the band's official website.
