Gwar Working On Songs For New Album

Gwar has checked in with the following announcement about working on new songs for an upcoming album:

"Like any band worth it's salt, GWAR is constantly working on new songs. What's different now is that the band has it's own in-house recording studio/jam space, so everything they do is tracked.

"There is no release date, no gory details but rest assured of one thing...GWAR is working on a new album, and it will be a tribute to their lost Scumdog brother, Flattus Maximus! Watch Oderus' Twitter feed for updates!"

Gwar also has a string of upcoming U.S. tour dates in March and April, with full details available at this location.

Slipknot could learn a thing or two from this. I'm pretty sure Paul Grey would of wanted the band to push forward like this instead of making themselves almost inactive and bickering with each other on when to make new material. Then again, i could personally do without anymore slipknot lol
