Like over a year ago they played a new song on their tour with Nile and it was hands down the best Psycroptic song I had ever heard. this is probably the first album of the year I'll be looking forward to with great glee.
And then Pig Destroyer will release an album and I will forget Psycroptic existed.

bbristowe, yea dude I agree with the vocalist comment. He goes sort of a hardcore route during some parts. When he first started singing in the track, I thought Pantera for some reason. Probably way off, it's just my brains first initial thought. Either way I'm definitely getting this. I gotta go back and listen to their back catalog.
It's funny, because when they released their last album, I checked it out and I liked it but I never really gave it a chance.
Now I definitely have to, cause this band picked me up and inserted it's private areas into my oral cavity much to my dismay. But after a while I just accepted it till they threw me into the gutter for later. Thanks Psycroptic. I'll be here when you get back.............

ZMA: both me and one of my guitarist buddies I showed them to thought the same thing about their last album. It was damn good, but we could never get into it enough to give em a proper chance. One of those bands that I just felt I needed to pay attention to, even if I dont yet actively listen to them. Fleshgod Apocalypse was the same way, and now they just put out one of my favorite death metal albums ever this year, so I hope for the same from these guys.

I still gotta listen to the new Fleshgod. I heard that band rips.
But yea FAN, I'm definitely listening to this album and going back and really listening to the last. So much music out there. I could live my whole life and probably never listen to the same song twice. Course I wouldn't never wanna do that. I got my favorites I can stick too.......like Psycroptic lol.
