More Metallica Tour Dates, and Other News Bits

Here are a bunch of news bits on Metallica.

Touring:

• One more Big Day Out show has been added in Sydney, Australia for January 24 with tickets on sale Monday, December 8th. (www.bigdayout.com)


• Even though they are currently touring in Europe now, the boys are already planning their next trip back. Nine shows in late May and early June of 2004 have been announced with more to come.


• If you live in North America, don't feel left out!! Look for an announcement about dates in March, 2004 coming very, very soon.

Releases:

• Those outside of North America will finally get to experience "Live Sh*t: Binge and Purge" in all it's glory on DVD available December 8, 2003.


• The singles for 'Unnamed Feeling' will be available in numerous formats on January 12, 2004. Check out the covers and different formats


• Be sure to check out the new video directed by the Malloys (they did 'St. Anger' too). Metallica.com will be the only place you can view the video in North America!

Misc:

• Yet another Grammy nomination for the band as 'St. Anger' grabs the nom for "Best Metal Performance."


• The documentary film "Metallica: Some Kind of Monster" will make it's debut at the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, UT in late January, 2004. Click here to find out more.
