Chile based black metal act Luctus' Hydra has announced the band's second album, entitled "Blasphemous War," is now available as a free download. All tracks from the new release can be downloaded via the Multimedia section on the band's official website. You can also hear samples of the band's music via the Luctus' Hydra MySpace profile.
