Evergrey To Tour North America
EVERGREY is planning to promote their latest album, Recreation Day , with a number of live North American appearances, including a tour with rising metal act Arch Enemy, as well as a return to the increasingly acclaimed Prog Power Festival at Earthlink Live in Atlanta on September 5 & 6 (with Nightwish, Rage, Symphony X, and others). This will mark the band's first-ever North American tour.
Vocalist/guitarist Tom S. Englund describes the bold content contained within Recreation Day , "The music is representative of what EVERGREY is about, the diversity we have in most of our songs. My idea was to make it really beautiful and hard-hitting." True words indeed, as the power harnessed on the album has compelled the band to film videos for the sobering "I'm Sorry" and the vigorous "Blinded" to promote the release.

Monday, August 25th Springfield, VA Jaxx
Wednesday, August 27th Philadelphia, PA Trocadero Theatre
Thursday, August 28th Brooklyn, NY L'amour
