If you read the book, there was very little bashing and very little gloating. I love Dave Mustaine, he's my idol, but I expected if to be a book where he just says "I'm the best, everyone else sucks" But it wasn't at all. It was just a biography. There was some gloating but if you're as good as Dave is, then it's acceptable.

Yea, I thought so too. He pretty much left the Metallica issue alone when it wasn't the sections dealing with his tenure with them. Like I said in a previous post, he owned up to his mistakes for the most part. I enjoyed the book.
