Limp Bizkit Cancels Summer Tour
Limp Bizkit has canceled plans for a summer open air tour in favor of an autumn tour at smaller venues. This news hits after opener Snoop Dogg had previously pulled out of the tour, leaving only Limp Bizkit and Ice Cube as a two set tour package with Method Man and Redman on select dates.
In response to the cancellation, Limp Bizkit vocalist Fred Durst had the following to say, "Basically, Limp is not an amphitheater band. We like to see less seats in front of the stage and more floor filled with fans going bananas. It's just more fun for all of us that way. Some bands are meant to be seen mainly sitting down, but definitely NOT Limp Bizkit. We want to give you the best experience possible so we will reroute to the venues we feel will work the best. High energy, good times. We want you to have the best."
The Band's Autumn tour dates in Europe will remain unchanged and will run from August 24th through October 9th. The rescheduled North American tour dates will occur in late autumn. No word has been given as of yet as to whether tickets purchased for the summer amphitheater will still be eligible for entry on the rescheduled dates.

Ronnie James Dio is the KING. The live version of Children of the Sea on Live Evil is epic.
